Short Answer: For services that Wing can handle internally, no. For real-life services, yes! 


Wing is a generalist, our job is primarily to leverage our strong partnership network to get you great deals and procure otherwise difficult to procure services, as well as to take the most off of your plate as possible. You can think of the subscription fee like Wing's salary.


Much like a real assistant, if you ask us to order you lunch from across town - we'll order it for you using a food delivery service. Or, if you ask for a plumber - we'll find and book you one. 



However, we'll always ask you to approve/cancel before we do anything. 


To the left, is an example request and an example as to how we will ask you to approve before we execute any services or service charges for services or products you request.


In the majority of cases, when you ask for informational or research-based tasks, Wing will handle that internally and therefore, there will be no additional fees. There are some instances where that is not the case, which is further described in our article titled "What can't Wing do?"


In the Account Settings, you can adjust Wing's "automation setting" to make purchases on your behalf without approval, and set a dollar value limit for when Wing should ask for approval.
