Wing hires for a variety of different working modes, in order to maintain a competitive advantage in our hiring process, and accomodate clients of all types. 

The majority of our assistants work at physical offices that we maintain, these offices are located in multiple locations around the world, and are deliberately selected for power & internet redundancy. However, Wing also offers hybrid office/WFH and WFH working options for Assistants whose clients don't have an on-site location requirement. Assistants in all locations use Wing's proprietary tools for client communication, client work, and Internet connections.

Wing hires assistants in the United States, South America, the Phillipines, India, and Europe - assistants are chosen based on client requirements and Wing's matching process.
