Needing VA to Work Overtime

If you need your VA to work overtime, we can assist with that. Please note the payment will then include an additional 50% of the effective per hour rate for the time rendered (monthly fee divided into hourly rate, multiplied by 1.5 (50%))

Anti-Poaching

You might love your VA so much you’ll want to grab and run, but we do a lot of work to source, train, and hire our VAs. Therefore, we have a zero-tolerance policy on poaching VAs. Besides, we’re sure you’d rather let us do the HR/payroll/international compliance work and nitty-gritty supervision for you.
